libauthen-radius-perl software package provides module to authenticate users using RADIUS, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libauthen-radius-perl
libauthen-radius-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libauthen-radius-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libauthen-radius-perl *
You will get with libauthen-radius-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
